A vehicle valuation is a professional assessment of a car’s market value. It helps banks, insurers, and individuals determine the correct value of a vehicle for financing, insurance, or resale purposes.

A comprehensive valuation takes approximately 20–30 minutes once the vehicle is presented.
How much does a valuation cost?
Valuation charges depend on the type of valuation (bank, insurance, or individual). Please contact our customer care team on 020 2632578 for a quotation.
What documents are required for a valuation?
For bank or financier valuations, bring the vehicle logbook or importation documents if the car is newly imported. For insurance valuations, bring the vehicle logbook, insurer’s authority letter, your ID, and where required, a KRA PIN as specified in the letter.
Do I need to bring my vehicle physically?
Yes. The vehicle must be physically inspected by our valuers. Clients cannot upload photos for valuation purposes.
How can I request a valuation?

How will I receive my valuation report?
Once a valuation is complete, the report is sent automatically via email. Clients can also download reports directly from the AVA application.
Is my valuation report accepted by banks and insurers?
Yes. Regent is licensed by the IRA, IARS, and CAK, and our valuation reports are recognised and accepted by all major banks and insurance companies.
Can I verify the authenticity of my valuation report?
Yes. Every report carries a unique QR code that can be scanned via our AVA application to confirm its genuineness.
